Suggested Use

Using the scoop provided, mix one scoop with 14–20 fl oz (414–591 mL) of water. Stir or shake thoroughly. Adjust the water amount to your taste preference.

For two scoops, mix with 28–40 fl oz (828 mL–1.18 L) of water.

Do not exceed five scoops within a 24-hour period. Use only as directed on the product label.
