30-Day Return Policy

At Saint Apex Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
